Title: Wipers Post by: sgo on March 03, 2003, 08:55:22 AM My stock wiper arms have bugger-all pressure against the windscreen. Is this normal or are they just past their use-by date?
What's the remedy, new springs. new arms or some other solution? They can be purchased off the web, fairly quick delivery as well.

Title: Re: Wipers Post by: mcl1959 on March 04, 2003, 10:11:27 AM try bending the arms towards the screen a little to stretch the spring and therefore get more tension on them. Can't hurt - because if it doesn't work you were going to buy new arms anyway!
