Title: HR Holden Battery Replacement
Post by: hrpremier on January 05, 2011, 09:59:06 PM
I've recently moved back home from interstate after 4 years abroad, and during that time although driven from time to time the battery in my old girl has given up the ghost and now won't hold charge.

I thought I would take this opportunity to replace it with an authentic when new in appearance battery, so with that I'm looking for any information on companies who can supply batteries which look like those used in the period of when my HR was new. Been through some of my photos and have found a couple which I believe are close to the original looking type used.

From a promotional picture including the X2 engine bay I have on record the vehicle in the advert seems to be show a battery similar to that of the green capped battery shown below.

Any feed back would be greatly appreciated

Thanks in advance

Hey Jase,
Let me know if you are going to get a tar topper. I might order one as well.
Cheers
