I think you should call it "the road runner" the mudguards set it off, did you make them or are they from another van? Gary Title: Re: Red's Tear Drop Caravan Post by: REDMR2RED on December 07, 2010, 08:44:35 PM The mudguards are off a 1937 Chevrolet (keeping it in line with GM) but they were overall too large for the Tear Drop. So I cut 150mm out of the back section length and to get it to lineup 100mm out of the height. I also had to cut 100mm off the front leg. Then because the '37 Chev guards fit into the body of the car, I had to add 100mm to the width, then weld in a flat wall to bolt against the wall of the caravan. Far too much work, but the finished result was worth it .... well I think so!!!
