Title: what is this bracket
Post by: fc_ute on February 19, 2003, 01:38:19 PM
i was sorting through some stuff in the shed tonight and i came across a small chrome bracket that looks like it mounts under the dash. it is avbot 1" wide by about 1" deep and the hole in the middle is about 3/4 of an inch, it has nasco stamped across the top
the hole looks too big to hold a switch, was it a warning light?

dunno Craig, but do you want to part with it? I need a bracket to mount a simple on/off swith for my smiths 2 door heater, would it do the job?

tony,i'll keep it for a while yet, i still might find a use for it on one of my cars. the hole is the size of a 10c piece so i dont think a switch would fit.
ace, what models was it used for and was the cigarrette lighter the same size as normal?

Hi.
I agree with ACE. It is a cigarette lighter bracket which was used for the FX FJ. Mostly 6V.
