Volvo 240 (Dana diff) and a "Lokka" from 4WD systems.
Diff $150-200 from a wrecker
Conversion (cut off brackets and weld spring mounts) $100ish
Lokka conversion $500 + fitting.

Early holden stud pattern, slightly shorter than stock diff and disc brakes.

You can buy a diff already modified or if you have good welding skills you can cut the brackets off both diffs and weld the FC brackets on to the VN diff, buy another short axle and then cut the long side down so you have short axles both sides.
