Title: yella terra head for grey
Post by: Jonno on April 05, 2010, 09:53:23 AM
this is a bit odd:

I would have thought that the company was only formed mid 60's but I guess they could have done a retro job on a grey motor head. Or maybe just a can of yellow paint ;D?

Because its rare didnt you read the ad ;D
its even rarer with paint in the plug holes they normally have painted the plugs cos they are to lazy to take them out.
Still looks like a red motor arent all the holes on the outer for a red motor rocker cover?

Hey with twenty bids and $455 for this one I hope the price of yellow paint and 149 valves doesn't go up before I build a few  ::)

I asked this bloke the valve sizes and combustion chamber volume.
He replied....
1.5 and 1.25 respectively on valves and couldnt comment on chamber size.
He got over $600 for it
