HR bolts, nuts, spring washers and the 4 longer FC spacers. The HR doughnut which goes between the subframe and the crossmember. The FC upper rubber and metal retainer. But the kit makes it all a lot easier. A picture of the contents of the kit can be found under the FC folder in my shed at the attached link.............. 4 upper cross member bushes, 4 lower cross member bushes and a Outrigger Rubber to go in the mount below the radiator. $50 odd dollars from memory.
