Title: Re: RUST CONVERTER Post by: Ken's 57 on January 22, 2010, 08:50:51 AM Graham - I'm pretty sure it etches the metal making it ready for painting. It's also non-caustic and water soluble which I prefer. They're usually happy to help over the phone if you need a bit of advice.
