Great to see more early Holdens in the mix. Cheers Ed Title: Re: bright 09 Post by: Paul In Ireland on November 10, 2009, 11:04:22 AM Was there a black FE in the car park?? ;)
Title: Re: bright 09 Post by: jack_fc on November 10, 2009, 11:31:03 AM No, Paul, there wasn't.... No little van with Chev V6 either :'( 'Humble' pie was consumed by the guilty parties Ed, there was a real good turnout of FE/FCs; I saw about a dozen but only got pics of half of them (otherwise occupied; I need both hands to take pics and it was a bit warm, so one hand was often involved in 'coolant' duties ::)) Lots of pretty cool early um, 'chooktins' too (see; I'm not prejudiced ;D) Title: Re: bright 09 Post by: NosFEratu on November 10, 2009, 11:39:33 AM Was there a black FE in the car park?? ;) But there was one on the oval - "NosFEratu on Steroids" was there again! ;D And it wasn't for want of trying that the little van wasn't there though! :'( Harmonic balancer only came back from being "fixed" on Thursday - so we made the right call! There is always next year! :) Great weekend and great variety of cars there - can highly recommend it as an "event to get to" to anyone who's never been there before. :D Title: Re: bright 09 Post by: pedro on November 10, 2009, 01:12:08 PM Sounds and looks like a great time was had by all, I'm envious again(we need one of those little emoticon things for envy/jealous), what is that silver car behind the standard FC ???, looks like it started as an FJ and they made it a two door and grafted all different model bits to it.
