Title: Whats Your Car Worth? Post by: Hobbo on October 19, 2009, 12:05:09 AM Now that I am in the process of restoring the FE I was wondering what Members think their cars are worth? I am just trying to get an idea how far to go on the cost of restoration and don't want to over capitalise on it too much. Lloyd

Seriously though, unless you can do everything (esp Paint and Panel) yourself you'll never get your money back, from what I have seen the better FE/FCs sell for between $10,000 and $15,000. If your car is in reasonable condition b4 the resto,obviously it will be cheaper to rebuild. I very recently got an overall good condition FC std for $3500 and i reckon if i spend another $3500 it will be worth $8000 to $9000.(well i hope so anyway) Good luck with it |
