Title: Holden Letters on Bonnett Post by: KFH on September 21, 2009, 02:58:07 PM Can anybody tell me what is the correct method to remove the "HOLDEN" letters from the bonnet without breaking the spigots off the back of them.
Thanks Keith Title: Re: Holden Letters on Bonnett Post by: zulu on September 21, 2009, 03:20:30 PM Very carefully, the lower one is only a locating pin, the top one is jammed in to a little clip for want of a better word, just work around it slowly with a feeler gauge or similar, whatever you can fit in there

Then put a piece of twine or string behind the letter and carefully wiggle it off. |
