Title: Gearbox/Clutch Questions Post by: Ol_Girl_58 on August 15, 2009, 03:41:39 PM Hi all, I have bought a new 235 cube red motor for my FC, which comes with a fully balanced bottom end complete with clutch, etc. This engine came out of a Torana with an M20 gearbox. My FC has a Toyota Crown four-speed. The engine hasn't arrived as yet ... will this just be a bolt in application, or willl I need to change the clutch and/or any other bits? Gearboxes/clutches aren't my expertise... Another simplistic question... (maybe), Are there any easy ways to identify what kind of gearbox I have? I was always under the impression that it was a Toyota 'box, but I could be wrong...
