Looks a lot like a RodTec cross member with mounts to suit a early holden  ??? ??? ??? about the same price as a Pat Gardner front end ........FC427........

I have just bought a Pat Gardener front end and there are quite a few differences between the two. The one on ebay is a front mounted rack, looks like a Torana rack and pinion, it has a single member so you may still have to modify the sump, and looks like it requires a special or supplied hub to fit the stub axle. Not sure what brakes will be used.
Pat Gardener's is a rear mounted R&P which you can have power if desired, and all of the components that bolt onto the front end are commodore, stubs, bearings, brakes etc. This also allows for ABS if you so desire. The shock set up looks very similar on both.
