I know this topic has been discussed in the past, however with a new Ignition Coil (e.g. Bosch GT 40) is the orientation with the cable facing down OK, or are they required to be mounted horizontally due to modern specs? I will modify the Bkt that came with the GT 40 to suit a vertical position on the Grey. Regards John Title: Re: Ignition Coil Orientation Post by: FX1975 on May 28, 2009, 12:15:59 PM If you still have the original bracket all you need do is cut the legs off the one you got with the new coil and use the round part as a spacer between the new coil and the old bracket as the GT40 is a little smaller diameter than the original
