Just bought a vh 44 brake booster, but the fe didn't have one so i not quite sure which connection goes to where ? The other fitting at the rear is the bleed valve

I have a reconditioned VH24 that I have been reluctant to fit to the wagon as a few of the blokes have said that they can play up & give uneven braking & lock up. Are you running the standard drum brakes? Sorry for hijacking your thread dwortho Gary Title: Re: Brake booster Post by: mcl1959 on March 06, 2009, 08:30:05 PM Gary - I have used VH24's with no problems - I would expect that the only reason why a VH24 should play up after reco was if it had not been done correctly. I feel that the main reason why you could get uneven braking or lock-up is if the wheel cylinders or shoes were sticking / not moving freely.
