here are the numbers from my fc p/van.

the van is a light blue colour with lay back bench seat, wilsonia gauges and warm a ride heater, after reading another post about a possible police vehicle i was thinking that my van could possibly be also, it has holes in the  top edges of the bonnet (lights/sirens maybe) all black inner skirts and firewall

body    fc 2104 1377 a
trim    351 655
paint   258 2031
rpo     333

skirt chassis number  8 12135 s

any info on my van would be appreciated.

Have you put those numbers through the ID Plate decoder ($2)?

I can tell you that there's nothing in those numbers to suggest that the vehicle was a factory built customer order. Vehicles painted and specified for big customers (Army,  PMG, Yellow Cabs etc) have an "S" trim number.

The 333 number means it was ordered from the factory with a glazed tailgate. There are very few panel vans around today that didn't have this option. Whether this was because they were unpopular or simply an accident waiting to happen is unknown  ::)

None of that explains the bonnet holes - perhaps someone else has seen that modification before and has a theory.

cheers

Your van was originally Adobe Beige with Mesa Tan trim.
