there's an FB sedan on ebay Ebay Item #260366777490, i'm 99% sure it was for sale in sydney not to long ago and was very rusty so if anybody is bidding or watching or knows somebody that is it would be VERY advisable to go have a GOOD look at it
as yet seller has not answered my questions as to the rust repairs ::)

As a newcomer to the forum I have only mentioned my opinion about the whole Ebay concept in another listing, yes I've been caught which is why I joined this forum to be among like minded people.
So far I've had and received messages from a few different members about a variety of subjects and all seem to be "Good Guys",but as I've said elsewhere I now follow the "once bitten twice shy" rule as far as Ebay goes.

P.S. I'm not aiming at the many honest Ebayer traders,just the ones who are downright dishonest.

This is the same guy who ripped us off $4600 last august for an FC in which he lied to us about its condition. Couldn't go see it cause we are in Canberra. Nice as pie to you until he receives your money then his demeener changes. He has been blacklisted because of this incident and has changed his username 3 times.

Make sure you personally look at his cars before you bid. Bidder and buyer beware.

he has finally answered my email, very vague but sounds like he has done nothing to it
 i feel very sorry for the high bidder and there's nothing you can do

lucky_gwen sorry there was nobody to help you but if this saves even one person spending to much money on that car i'll feel better

there's lots of good stuff on the car but that i know of 3 people have had the car before this guy and there was to much rust for them to deal with all of whom have taken bits and pieces before selling it on for around the $1500 mark, i'm not saying don't buy it just if yor interested don't take the guy's word go have a good look for yorself

i can be a dik and too honest for some people ::) but i hate seeing people getting ripped off, you here far too many sad ebay stories

Seriously though, it's good to get knowledge from people "in the know" - if it means a fellow enthusiast is forewarned then, in my view, the forum has served part of it's purpose!

i had the FB in my watch list and it's gone from there so i assume the adds were pulled by ebay, cause if the seller pulls the add it usually stays in the watch list but says seller ended early

I asked a few questions wanting more pics etc and this is the response i got for the fc.
