You can buy a new replacement lock - doesn't quite look like original but works OK You can buy a second hand door lock with key You can have an old lock recoded to suit your keys You can occasionally find NOS door locks. As FC 427 has said - a lock smith should be able to get an old one working or cut keys for one with missing keys
