Title: porting and polishing
Post by: waynos on December 22, 2008, 07:24:49 PM
thought i'd start a new thread in this section just in case someone knows.
my inlet manifold is half an inch bigger than my head ports
i know it should be the same but i gotta deal with it for now
so,has anyone noticed a serious change in power? making it exactly the same?
i dont wanna spend any more money on stuff i dont need at the moment but it should go better than it does
and maybe the cost of a manifold could be worth the money i'm wasting on fuel
i freaked out when i took the manifold off when i was building it and realised someone could be that dumb to open it up like that
. but had(or have) too many other issues to deal with,so wacked it back on and thought i'd worry about it later.
now it's time to worry

Hi Waynos,I've replied to your other thread also with regards to performance issues.Surely you know someone with a stock manifold that you can try.Shouldn't take long to swap it over. You will eliminate at least one suspected problem that way.Cheers,Jamie.
