No, Nasco is (or was) a manufacturing / supply subsidiary of GMH. It was based in Melbourne and either manufactured or sourced accessories for Holden, Vauxhall etc.
Some accessories were original manufacture such as bonnet emblems and grille badges etc but others were rebadged from other companies such as Preslite or Smiths. A typical example was the beehive heater which can be found with either Smiths or Nasco badges on it. Another example is the VH24 power booster which can be found with either PBR or Nasco badges on it. In both these cases the item is identical apart from the badges.
