I loaned him the one off Faecal to get measurements from - he may still have them.
Be aware that there are two different neck lengths on the filler. Some stick out a few more mm, and if used as the template you'll find they won't fit all cars. The fellow who used to make the repro ones (Sam, of the mud-flap brackets), used to do two different length versions.
