I gather, there s no way so saying how many vans got conversion then. Do you think - that it lowers the value, seen that its not a factory option or makes it more a collectable? :-\

The 3 door versions would command a similar figure because they are rare, but there are plenty of vans with side window and rear seat conversions around so they are worth a little less in my opinion.
