The main problem with the wider 13" wheels now is you find it difficult to find tyres biiger than 205-60-13.

This type of wheel offset will be OK as long as you are happy to run the car at this height. If you lowered the car 3 inches all round, the tyres would rub front and rear.

Post by: wrighty on July 24, 2008, 10:00:43 PM Gday Paddy,My wagon had 6.5's all round when when first got it but it sat pretty high then.It has Hr discs and diff ,although i did notice while doing a pad change that someone had ground a little off the calipers.I don't know if this was to clear those wheels or not as i took them off the car not long after i got it and didn't notice any issues.

Was trying to avoid mods to the wheel arches, but realisticly might be sensible way to go.
