After a few trys I found it was easy to fit them by putting the control arm against one jaw of the vice and the bump stop against the other jaw squeeze them in. I used rubber grease for the first two but I found it unnecessary for the others. On the jaw that had the control arm resting against it I used a small piece of timber and some rag to protect the new paint on the control arms. Very quick doing it this way.
