Ah - the old Robert DiBono car from NSW - I have been fascinated by this car since I got the numbers years ago - Marlin Turquoise paint - This was a non-standard paint for the FC and I can't find out anything about why this paint colour was used. It is not in the fleet colour list, so all I can assume is that maybe it was a special order car for a GMH employee - possibly a manager.
And why a one colour car, you would have thought that a manager would have had a 2 tone car.

Puzzling.

Thanks for the numbers though, this is the sort of car I love to find

Ken

Ken,
It appears that there may have been more than one sedan made in this colour.
The numbers i have are from a chopped up wreck thats been sitting in my back yard for a couple of years.
RET tells me that there was also a fully restored one of that colour around.
Maybe they did a batch of them in this colour?

Hi Ken

I also own a couple that probably aren't on your data base ( or maybe they are  ??? )

FC225- 21763-S
Trim: 276 629
Paint: 256-7770
Insert 253 0700

FE225- 3371A
Trim: 226-707
Paint: 253-7475
Insert: 253-7466

Neither are running original power trains, the FC is now Red and the FE is in Primer.

Cheers
