If my eyes are right, the FC second furthest away has a painted bumper and headlight surround... Lookout for a closeup soon... ;) Enjoy..... Les.... Definitely painted headlight surrounds. I'll go out on a limb and say that the bumper is no dirtier than the VW's, so it's probably chromed. From the roofline, you can see it's a ute, so painted headlight surrounds are not unexpected. The A-pillar and roof of that Falcon look pretty funky though.
