Here is the original query I had a while ago, you might find some more handy information in it. Cheers M http://fefcholden.org.au/forum/index.php/topic,11539.0.html Title: Re: Trans tunnel insert Post by: FE350 on November 08, 2007, 12:06:10 AM Thanks mikey, strangely on my fe someone as already cut that arch cross member section and replaced it with a piece of bent 2.5mm flat bar, i'm planning to do the same thing when i get my tunnel insert sent over.. cheers for the advice. i'll post up some pictures of the mod soon.
Title: Re: Trans tunnel insert Post by: Devilrod on November 26, 2007, 08:13:37 PM I too also used one, although in my EK. One thing you will need to do if using factory EK auto Carpet is take to it with the heat gun to remove the molded section over the factory bracing. On EK's this was put on the inside not the underside.
