Title: What is an FE 2108 ? Post by: oldgmh on October 24, 2007, 10:58:10 AM I have got some pics of a FE 2108 ute in a friends paddock- no - it's not a 2106!
Is it just a stamping mistake or does it mean something else? ??? :o here is a pic of the plate. (http://i23.photobucket.com/albums/b367/earlee1/oct07049.jpg) Title: Re: What is an FE 2108 ? Post by: oldgmh on October 24, 2007, 11:08:57 AM another pic ..

Go figure how a worker could make that mistake! Ken Title: Re: What is an FE 2108 ? Post by: Geoff_K on October 24, 2007, 05:22:27 PM It's a Sydney build.
Typical of Sydney, streets go any where and every where, while Melbourne is laid out in a regular rectangular grid, Sydney stampings are like chook droppings, where as, Melbourne ID Plates are so precise, aligned, spaced etc. By Sydney standards, this ID plate is quite good. Anyway, what is the chassis number, engine number, photo, etc., so we can ID this utility. Cheers, Geoff_K |
