Following on from the great time the guys had a the Cora lynn show....... 8) Just to let you know we have a week long tour organised with about a dozen pre 1970 caravans towed being towed by cars such as 42 jailbar ford hot rod, 1948 ford F100, 1959 ford Fairlane Skyline convertable, FE Panelvan. 2 or 3 EH Holdens, 1936 Chev sloper, HK Holden. The vans date back to the 1940s and are made of ply, fibreglass, Aluminium. Heres where we'll be each day . Saturday Newcastle to Goulborn Sunday Goulborn to Nelligen near Batemans Bay Monday Batemans Bay to Moruya Tuesday Moruya to Uladulla Wednesday Uladalla Thursday Uladulla to Coledale ( just North of Woolongong) Thursday thru to sunday we will be staying at Coledale Beach Camping Reserve where we hook up with other old cars and vans. . Our first get together at Coledale of www.vintagecaravans.com members back in 2005 saw 15 rigs. Last year we had 33 cars and vans attend. I rang the caretaker last week . There is roughly 45 rigs booked in for the 4 day stay this year . Hopefully all will be set up by saturday morning. should be heaps of fun and worth calling in for alook at some very cool cars and old vans.
