Title: "kleinig" headers on ebay Post by: Sheriff on August 20, 2007, 07:40:21 AM Found these on ebay. Just how many brands/types of headers were there made for the grey. We have Myers, Lanspeed, Kleinig, what others were there? I suppose these will go for $500 plus as well. ;D

Title: Re: "kleinig" headers on ebay Post by: fcee on August 29, 2007, 06:16:09 PM If these headers /extractors are so popular /expensive ,would it be feasible to have them reproduced ? Steve , :)
Title: Re: "kleinig" headers on ebay Post by: RET on August 29, 2007, 09:52:35 PM Quite probably, but it's demand vs. supply. If you reproduce them, supply goes up, price comes down.
There would also be the issue of copyright infringement if you produced them with the Kleinig, Speco, Myers or other name on them. But if it's just headers for their own sake, sure, why not? As long as you've got the $700 lying around to get a set of templates :-\ cheers RET Title: Re: "kleinig" headers on ebay Post by: customFC on August 29, 2007, 10:33:33 PM The Daw brand mentioned are repros of sorts.
These were made and sold in the 80's. If he were to restart production, I think he would sell a few, depending on price. Regards Alex |
