Title: Old family shots
Post by: Hewart on February 14, 2007, 01:09:36 PM
G'day...

Just happened across these old photos and thought I should share 'em. They appear to be a couple of those old style family photos we all love to see..... but I couldn't tell you anymore than that unfortunately.....

The webpages that they appear on don't seem to link from anywhere either, I just stumbled across them on "google images".....

This photo is from this page http://www.diannelongley.com.au/threads/wheat/wheat.html

and this shot is from http://www.diannelongley.com.au/threads/visiting/visit.html

Cheers
Les... ;)

Great photos Les, thanks for sharing them.

By the look of their hair, the blokes appear to have found another use for old engine oil...

That first picture must be of an early FC from the number plate. (I know dating cars by number plate is inherently unreliable, so don't all jump on me).  My FE, which was a 58 Sydney build had BMM as the letter prefixes, so BPK is comparatively close.

Great shots from those halcyon days when the wheat grew and the grass was green.

Cheers,
David
