I'm not sure at what point the remote release appeared, but the diameter of the fuel door is the same I'm pretty sure.... I have got a filler cap for a VT and if you had posted this last week i could have got for you the whole assembly, but now I have the filler door, cable and the mechanism if you want them. The curve of the panel is also pretty close to that of an FC quarter-panel! I knocked up that pic for Ed on the train into work yesterday morning. I've got an hour each way commute and a great laptop ($2) to fiddle with this sort of thing. If it wasn't for that....
