Rares have these (according to their site, haven't purchased one).

Part No. 7409800

Rare Spares ($2)

The original ones were made of a thick card (like the firewall lining).  I have seen some repros made of a very thin plastic.  It's hard to tell from the picture if that's what the RS one is.

cheers

I have put one of these in my FC.

Its cardboard, and fits well. Its not exactly the same as the original material, but very good nonetheless.

Cheers,

Craig.

For the keen DIYers, you should still be able to get the old bitumen board from a Motor Trimmer's Supply. It's a heavy duty cardboard (impregenated with bitumen?) that is probably what they used in the first place.
