Post by: crossply on December 15, 2006, 05:22:39 AM
Has anybody bought some reproduction venetian blinds for a sedan off the people who sell them on ebay.
I am curius about the quality and fit.
Is there anyone else who makes them any cheaper?
Paul

Paul,

I dunno who sells them on Ebay, but I have purchased one from Smooth (for Dad's white FC), and it is an excellent reproduction.  Fits well, looks the part.

Check out earlyholdens.com ($2).

Hi i got one for the wife's fb of the guy of ebay. When it turned up it was bent badly.when i got in touch with him he said there was nothing he would do about it because it not his fault..SO being the nice person i am i argued with the arrigant pri*k for three months before i got another one..so if you do buy one of him open the package BEFORE YOU SIGN FOT IT AND CHECK IT. i will repeat this open the package BEFORE YOU SIGN FOT IT AND CHECK IT.  he is a very rude person with a shitty attitude.PLEASE BE WARY OF THIS GUY.. but the second product was good and fitted well..
cheers mark

I got one from this guy this time last year.  I drove down and got it from his house.  Hes a bit arrogant but mine fitted perfect and i reckon it looks pretty good too.

Thanks for the info guys.
I'm heading down to Melbourne over the Chrissy break, so i might pick one up myself and avoid any postage dramas.
Cheers,
Paul
