There are 2 types, the early horn with the dome top on it and a later one without the dome.  They should be an EXACT mirror image of the low note horn.
Obviously it must have a "H" on it as well.
They both have a mirror image bracket - make sure that this bracket is on the horn you are looking to buy as it is a dead giveaway that the horn is wrong if the bracket is not there. Very hard to make this bracket as well if it is missing.
The early hi note horn has 2 wires which come out of the dome and go under the 2 terminal screws on the low note horn.  I think the later horn is the same but I am not sure if it has a relay fitted like the FB/EK hi note horn.

Hope this helps
