Hi all what are people painting the cabin floor with to stop rust should it get wet?

Same POR15 -it makes the water pool nicely! I needed to seal front and rear screens better.

Have a look at KBS coatings website Graham. They do similar stuff to POR15 and a bit cheaper. Dave

I cleaned up the floor as best as I could with a wire buff on a 4 in grinder, cleaned it with wax and grease remover then gave the floor two coats with POR. It is a bit like water and flows out nicely leaving a shine on the floor and creeps into crevices. I also did underneath the floor pan. That was a bit of fun lying on my back and getting the POR running down your arms. I wore disposable gloves to keep the stuff off your skin. If you get in on the skin it takes about a week to come off. Acetone is good for cleaning the paint brush out. A cheap $2 paint brush is all that is needed as it flows out and leaves no brisk marks.

The KBS product is good. Also have used the POR 15 and cant really tell the difference... yet
