could someone out there take a couple of photos of some scuff plates for me please, front mainly as i am thinking of trying to bend something up myself ( or get someone to) maybe out of aluminium ?
it seems pretty damn hard to find a set around these days without paying $400 odd from rares.

some measurements would be a bonus too Wink

cheers

they are kind of complex, from memory its 2 peices of steel, i saw the ones in american autos (rare spares agent) and they look nice, a good 2nd hand set is usually around $200

ill try to remember to take some pics next time i go outside, if you still want to make some after seeing the pics i will get the dimensions, you may be able to simplify them a little.

Hi All,

I found a guy in Brisbane through StreetNeat who makes brand new brushed stainless scuff plates that not only look great but they fit !!!!
My pair for my FC ute were $200 with screws. E mail me if you want his mobile.

Is he keen to have his mobile published? because I am sure there would be plenty of others after a set. I know my next project will need a set.
