Earlee,
A quick question first, are the FE ones compatible with FC's? I can't remember  Roll Eyes
Are you still looking for one of these? I should have one this week!
I will let you know condition and price then if you need it.

The number plate surround is the same front and rear (FE) and rear (FC).  Actually the whole centre section of the bumper is the same front and rear (for FE).  FC ones are different front from rear since the front one doesn't have the holes for the surround.

Trivia:  But it was not always so.  The preliminary parts catalogue for the FE lists two separate part numbers for the front and rear chrome surrounds.  Very early on in the FE's production the number for the front one (7410076) was superseded by the rear one (7409228).

cheers
