RET would find this of particular interest, but everyone should take note. The whole drama has yet to unfold, but I thought I would get a warning out.
Hot-Rod Internet is a forum not unlike this one, the Host and 10 odd members (almost all ASRF members too) are apparently being targeted for legal action by the ASRF National Administrator over comments and questions about starting the Australian Street Custom Federation.
Anyway the point is that apparently both the host and poster can be held liable if the reader (whoever that may be) takes offense to what has been written. Whether it is tongue-in-cheek or not, or plastered with smiley emoticons.
You can follow the drama here -

Man, that is SAD!
It just reinforces the fact that it doesn't matter what someone does, you just have to be bloody careful what you say.
That is a very sad day for Rodding & I can see the federation losing quite a few members.

As it currently stands, Hot-Rod Internet will close it's electronic doors on Sunday night. They are yet to inform whether it is permanent or not.

The bloke was supposed to drum up more members and money for the organisation, instead he is sueing a few and alienating most of the others. Apparently the state directors supported this guys actions???
Latest on the grapevine is that the board will move off-shore with an off-shore Administrator, probably American. With 450 members and heaps of lurkers they have massive support throughout the community.
I'd love to be at the Nationals on the Gold Coast when this guy takes the stage (if he dares).
