Big day motors out in one hit box and suspension i love my hoist.
Front ends fitted .
Next weeks welding and smoothing all the holes and start doing a column.
Fatboy cant give me shit no more its lowered.
For sale B block not L front end box job lot.

Big day at the office Grin
Got everything bead blasted etch primed painted black.
Callipers were taped up ear plug in the hole beadb blasted and some metal clear coat we use on brass plaques sprayed on them to keep em pretty.
Heatproof paint on calliper bracket.
Rotors all ordered just got to go pick up pipe and nipples to make all my own brake lines look pretty.

its called smoko lunch and any 5 seconds i get.
i dont get out the shed till 8.30 pm. out the shed 4am leave for work at 5am.

still spend all arvo with the wife and kids..

Last nights job what a prick that was.
The mill was too loud to start  up at night as we have new neighbours  
 Need to machine the flats on the top shaft.
I drilled and tapped main shaft to use 2 m3 nylon bolts for the shear instead of alloy rivets.
Made the column a little taller than a ek one still seems to short with a bus wheel.

This is a job i wont be doing again for people.

Just to many liabilites if something stuffs up ill leave it to someone else.

Got a sump and a dash to modify for a specific forum member slowing me down hey NES. Grin

Got to go to shit hole sydney friday to pick up a new plazman intake manifold and throttle body 76mm billet one will make intercooler piping a lot easier to do..




(sorry ED i friggin hate sydney)
