Sorry i hope this didn't all start because of my comment.  As RET pointed out i was talking about the orange avatar being not for me and sticking with the original that i have.

As for the orange on the site i dont see the problem here unless you have a super bright screen like i do but with a little colour adjustment i can read whats on the page now Cheesy

I would not have dreamed that a simple splash of a new colour on the site could cause such angst. It must be a sign of the general contentment we have with Western Civilisation that the biggest issue we have to concern ourselves with is the brightness of the background on a freely available website.

Personally, I wish that were the case. I have a massive National event to promote, and a small team with one month left to make sure everything that needs to be organised, is. Forgive me if this particular promotional aspect displeases you. You can't please all the people all the time.

To those who feel the use of the term "whinger" has impugned their character, please accept my apologies. I mean that sincerely.

Craig,

Even I wish I didn't have to learn PHP.  Undecided

Hateful language, and in the guts of SMF is some of the worst PHP I've ever seen.

I have been keeping an eye on this post with some amused interest. I had only just got my computer back from repairs the first time it came up...OMG what had the computer guys done.  Shocked Shocked I was relieved to find it was to promote the upcoming Nationals. I must admit I am not a great fan of the orange, but can live with it for the sake of the Nationals.
To be fair, the site was blue when the Nationals were held in the Blue Lake City of Mount Gambier. Grin

Cheers

Even I wish I didn't have to learn PHP.  Undecided

And after last night's debacle, my opinion of PHP has drifted even further south of its previous position, which was already off the coast of Queen Maud Land. Give me Perl any day - this exploit would not have been possible.

Hi Guys

I must differ the Blue FC is in front as they are both in a RH corner and he is on the inside run.
