I am a student and I need answers on what external factors such as economic, social cultural, market/industry, political/legal/, technological compatitive and phusical forces and the internal factors such as training forecastnig, custoemr research and realtinoship of marketing play role in the Holden and what are the problems of the sales managers at coping with it
