Can anyone tell me the length of a FC diff from drum to drum & the length of a HR diff drum to drum & also the original FC wheel track.

FC and HR diff drum to drum (from the outside edge to the other outside edge) dimensions are the same at 56.5 inches or 1435 mm - my measurement.
FC wheel track is 54.5 inches or 1384 mm according to the manual.
