Alfi, My hat's off to you.You are a credit to you work.Imagine if you were around in 1956, and what customising would be today. You are only limited by your imagination.Congratulations on a magnificent job you must be very proud.
Just looking at the VIN on the "Last Monaro" consisting of 17 letters and numbers, kind of makes you wonder what a car with 3 letters and 4 numbers would be worth, FE217 S4 as an example.
Tim,and all who took part in the production of such a fine, no, awsome DVD, congratulations on a great job.Your a legend. We got back from the sunshine coast today and found the DVD on the kitchen table.Watched it and enjoyed it so much.To all of you (xmas is done) Rosalyn and I hope you have a great new year and we will see you at the Island.
I have seen Waynes car and this bloke is good.He has done the front seat on my FE wagon (under resto) and I will be having my FE sedan seats ,front and back, done by him as well in the new year. The sedan is currently using the wagon's front seat, which we had at the xmas party.
Well Tim , As you are aware I've paid for the DVD and like everyone else who has or is ordering it I am really looking forward to getting it. It'll be like a really early chrisie pressie.
This worked for me; . Take the front of the dash off, . Push the pedal to the floor, . Hook the short end of the spring over the raised bit near the steering colum . Put a "X"tip screwdriver through the free end of the spring and into the recess of the ajustable end and push the spring up the scewdriver as far as you can and lever the spring end into place. It took me a couple of goes and in the end victory was mine. Be careful ,I barked my knuckles. Good luck Rusty
That's always good to hear another one's running.Like you I also have a fair bit to do on my ( Wifes )FE Wagon.I got it running a week or two ago. Congrats and good luck with it .
Thumbs up and a yip yah .After a long time in the shed our FE wagon has jumped back to life. After many long hours of blood sweat tears and skinned knuckles the old girl fired up today with a bang ,a bit of smoke a lot of noise.Still have a way to go though. The outer sills have to be moved out about 1/2 an inchat the front, brakes to do, rub it all back and put some colour onto it .
