well I've been busy dismantling this car motor is out gearbox too and while I was hot front end too I don't know but my mates disappeared when I started this so just me alone lucky I'm an all rounder p://i1346.photobucket.com/albums/p683/wutevr1967/IMG_0351_zps9eb0e053.jpg[/IMG][/URL]

So it was originally Grey with a white top and flash. Unlikely to be a police car. The hole above the windscreen would be where a sunvisor once was.

Is it a factory black car? It looks like it may have been white or grey originally. What else is on the ID plate?
Police car would have evidence of police fittings such as repaired holes in the roof and bonnet. Plus there would be odd holes in the firewall & skirts where accessories like the siren and radio would have been.
