found two guards that were rusted in diff spots from my ute ones so i have cut good one from spare rh side and welded in new bottom front  today,,at least its a start,lol

i sandblasted it ages ago so has surface rust only on new bit,but as you can see i found pinholes in 5inch long section just above so i sand blasted that and welded in patch from behind and top  also sand blasted headlight peak and it was all steel never repaired either , .
