Here is another pic showing a FE/FC on the race track.
This pic turned up on ebay.
Only details I have is that it was taken by Lance Ruting.

Ahhhh just looking at that pic made me think (nostalgically) of that old Chuck Berry song JAGUAR VS. THUNDERBIRD. I have renamed it in my head as EH VS. FC Cool.

So who to roont for huh, EH or FC? I must admit I been getting all dreamy over that old EH....does that now mean I'm gonna be banned from and have my backside chucked off this forum?? Cry Grin Ahhh decisions decisions decisionssssssss

  Spot on as usual ,  I think the FC is John Burkes , it  was around the same time as mine (early 70's) I'm pretty sure it was the only Black FC racer (beautiful car) always immaculate . Here's a pic around the same time.
