There are two original type wheel trims, that you can see here.  The Deluxe Wheel Embellisher is very hard to find, but the Wheel Trim rings look to all intents and purposes like your standard everyday chrome dress-rim.

There are also some wire-wheel style wheel covers that are (thankfully) as rare as they are hideous.  Just my opinion, of course Roll Eyes
These have been discussed here.

Other after-market types are shown here

cheers

Steve,

Poke around a wrecking yard and have a good look at teh dress rims fitted to some of the Jap stuff.  I have some square profile dress rims that I think come off a circa 1983 Honda, which fit into the wheel in a similar manner to the Nasco Wheel Trim Rings.  You should get them for about $5.00 each.

Cheers

;)Thanks for the clue Brett ,went to my local wreckers here in Sale and found a perfect set of four trim rings that you would think were made for the F.C. Sqare edge and about one and a half inches deep ,and the wheel balance weights are clear of the trim . Dont know what they were off but am now looking for some more for spares so if Ifind out what they are off I will post here .Thanks Steve.

The genuine FC trim ring is dished the other way to normal trims you see nowadays.
You see a fair few of them on FJ's in 15 inch variety which are the same profile.  They are only about 1 inch deep and made of stainless steel.
The other one as described by RET was released Sep 59

I will try and post pic
