   found this 1 in a 1960 mod motor
pic taken at phillip island...this guy (john raeburn) drew some attention when the boot lid flew open

also from the same article....
"other highlights of the day included a spectacular flip by bob jane in a holden sedan.  coming out of the corner at the end of the straight, he lost control at about70 mph.  the car shot off the road into a gully.  the car rolled ,then bounced off its nose into heavey bush.  janes safety belt snapped & he landed 20ft from the car`, which was completely wrecked.  jane broke a leg & an arm & suffered numerous bruises"
