Wheel well paint

G'day guys !
I decided to clean up my wheel wells. I presume I have to clean it back to bare metal. Obviously lots of cleaning , scraping for a start. Anybody had an experience a product called POR 15. They saying you can use it on bare metal without any undercoat and will seal for " ever "
Or what will be a best long lasting product to use ?
Cheers : Laszlo

its a great product, not cheap, but gives a great finish even if brushed on.
word of warning, be prepared before using it - not even skippy will be able to get it off once it dries.
mask all the areas you dont want it applied (this includes you; hands, face, hair, those nice boots you have) and then mask everything else in sight!
